Ans:  Vehicle tagging is required to apply for any permit, because this does not allow any other third party user to apply in your bus, only tagged vehicle with user id are allowed to apply.

Ans:   Owner need to log into the application and click on the "Track Application" menu, Enter your registration number to know your application status.
18.what will I do,if my payment is pending?

Ans:   Bus owner need to login to the application, and click on "Verify Your Payment" option. To check the Payment status,user need to enter the department reference number that is being generated before making payment.If the payment status is successful at treasury end, your application will be auto updated with successful payment, otherwise you need to contact support assistant mentioned in Helpline .

Ans:   Bus owner need to login to the application, and click on "Update application" option. Then enter registration number and choose application type and search. Click on "Modify" button,then browse your updated document and click on "Save".

Ans:   Bus owner need to login to the application, and click on "Update Bus Info" option. It will show list of tagged vehicle details. Click on "Details" button,then edit the values you want to update and click on "Save". To change the profile picture by browsing and click on "save picture" button.
